Kicking off with the Street Parade through the Nowra CBD at 11 am Saturday, the Shoalhaven River Festival continues on to the southern banks of the Shoalhaven River all afternoon with exciting activities on the water, markets, amusements for kids, entertainment, a Marine Expo and fireworks display.
The River Festival Entertainment Stage will feature some of our best local stars, talented local bands, singers and dancers.
Grab your picnic rugs and your spot riverside for the River Activities. Watch the dragon boats, stand-up paddle boards, vintage boat parade, an exciting wakeboard demonstration and much more action on the water!
The expanded Marine Expo at the Nowra Sailing Club will feature boats on display as well as the latest in fishing gear and boating accessories.
The Market Stalls feature local arts and crafts and there will be fun for kids of all ages.
The day of fun and celebration will culminate with a glorious Fireworks Display over the Shoalhaven River in the evening.
On Sunday morning, the Marine Expo continues along with a Dragonboat regatta and more exciting events on the Shoalhaven River.
