Ray White Buys Out Shoalhaven Realty

The Ray White South Coast Group have successfully purchased the Real Estate Agency of Shoalhaven Realty. This follows on from the recent purchase of Berry First National last month which was incorporated into the Berry Office under Shane Hilaire. The purchase by the Nowra Office of Shoalhaven Realty has strengthened the position of the Ray White Nowra Group as the market leaders in the Shoalhaven area with all the staff remaining within the Ray White Group. Graeme dudgeon Principal of Shoalhaven Realty stated the reason for joining with the Ray White network was its National presence but more importantly what the local Ray White Office has to offer on services, which is second to none and their ethical way of doing business made the decision to sell and join the group very easy for myself and dean. We are looking to continue servicing our client base but at the same time provide a comprehensive and dynamic service.  The transfer of the Property Management has gone smoothly under the guidance of John Ludwig & Maxine Rose.
