Over 50% of Properties Sold at Ray White Auction Last Night

Last night’s Auctions saw over 50% of all properties sold, with some iconic properties being offered including ‘The Convent’ which was sold for $600,000 and the adjoining blocks. There was interest for all the properties and the Nerriga Pub is still under negotiations at the moment after some spiriting bidding. The next auctions will be the 5^th December and will be the final ones for the year.  Congratulations to the Ray  White Team for a great effort at last nights Auctions!
