Dan Murphy’s Wins!

Dan Murphy’s wins the recent court case where Dan Murphy’s took Shoalhaven Council to the Land Environment Court after Council refused its application for a Dan Murphy’s Store at the Archer Resort which Woolworths bought some years ago.

There are conditions on the development including no letter box drop of discounts etc. 20% of all employee’s have to live within 1.2 kilometres of the ppremises which are just naming a few of the conditions that the Land Environment Court placed on Woolworths.
