Shoalhaven City Council has approved a DA lodged for 41 Serviced Aparments in the Nowra CBD where the old Mazda site was, on the Cnr of Kinghorne Street & Plunkett Street. Ray White’s own Scott Baxter negotiated the sale and it has been the single biggest investment in the Nowra CBD in recent years.
