New First Home Bonus Welcomed By Most In The Industry

For some first time buyers this could mean up to $35,240 when purchasing a new home.  The Liberal Government is looking at the housing sector, in particular the building of new homes, to get the NSW economy up and running again.  New South Wales  has long been short of construction requirements with 45,000 to meet demand and we are only building 30,000, a shortfall of 33%.  There is still some need for the government to invest in infrastructure. The reason land is so expensive is that councils have put all the development costs onto the developers.
